Fessler & Bowman, Inc. was excited to be awarded the concrete scope of work for this iconic project right in their hometown of Flint, MI. Powers had been looking for a new location for over ten years and through the exhaustive efforts and donations of local philanthropists, the school was able to secure a location at the former Michigan School for the Deaf building. With the 82,300 square feet of space provided by the new addition and extensive renovations to the existing building, Powers was able to move into a new facility that the entire community is proud of.
