Fessler & Bowman, Inc. completed a majority of the concrete work at this new facility during the heart of winter. Temporary heat and other measures were required to place the concrete in the cold winter months. The 8,000 square foot basement area included 15 foot tall walls with a concrete slab on metal deck placed above prior to the basement being backfilled.
